Even if your state does not require education these courses will provide you the best fundamental information needed to educate yourself. Appliance Rebate Program
The COA Claims Consultant class is designed for persons involved in or desiring to be retained as claims consultants/expert witnesses. This class is mandatory for joining COA's The Right DirectionSM Network but is open to anyone desiring to further their understanding of the claims management process. This narrated class covers working as an expert consultant from the initial contact regarding a matter to deposition and trial. The unwritten protocol of expert consultants is discussed in detail. Enjoy this class and understand the basics of the legal consulting arena to avoid mistakes!
This class is approximately 65 minutes of narrated slides with numerous pages of actual legal case examples for review after enjoying the slide show. Completion requires passing a 25 question final exam (70% minimum score). This class is approved by CREIA and interNACHI for 2-hours of CE.
